AVFx used to conduct around 15 demos a month, each tailored to specific customer requests, but it incurred significant costs in terms of transportation, time, manpower, and equipment, often resulting in damaged devices. To avoid multiple demos and POCs at customer locations, AVFx decided to establish an experience center. This center provides customers with the opportunity to experience the full range of solutions, showcasing a complete workflow—from personal devices to meeting rooms and town halls—all in one place.
The AVFx Experience Centre is a state-of-the-art facility created by the AVFx team to highlight the latest advancements in Zoom Spaces technology. Designed to offer visitors a hands-on experience with cutting-edge solutions, the centre showcases a broad range of tools that demonstrate the future of seamless communication and collaboration in workplaces.
At the heart of the centre’s display are various Zoom-based solutions, including virtual reception, visitor management, workspace reservation, wayfinding and digital signage. It also features a variety of Zoom Rooms setups with single, dual, and triple displays, as well as intelligent director functions for enhanced meeting management. Solutions for Zoom personal spaces, small, medium, and large rooms, as well as town hall and extra-large spaces, are also on show. Additionally, the centre offers insights into Zoom’s kiosk functionalities and different Zoom Meeting offerings, from Pro to Enterprise levels with advanced AI companion features.
The AVFx Experience Centre partners with industry-leading hardware providers such as DTEN, Jabra, Crestron, Sony, Samsung, Neat, Logitech, Sennheiser, Nureva, Yamaha and more. Visitors can see how these advanced technologies integrate seamlessly with Zoom Spaces to deliver superior performance in various collaborative environments. This centre provides a glimpse into the future of workplace technology, where innovation meets functionality.
