Vallect was selected to be the AV integrator for customized AV solutions at IIM Bodh Gaya’s campus, significantly enhancing its multimedia capabilities and ensuring a superior user experience. The institute entrusted them to deliver customized audiovisual solutions ( AV System) that meet the specific needs of the campus environments, ensuring optimal functionality and learning experience.The advanced systems ensure optimal functionality and a superior user experience, enhancing multimedia capabilities across their auditorium , classrooms, conference room, board room, meeting room & director’s cabin.

The team conducted a detailed assessment of the campus to identify optimum spaces for the installation of AV equipment, considering student-teacher usage.

We further proposed AV solutions meeting campus requirements and meeting future campus scalability. The team also observed the need to provide training to campus staff on the use of the new audiovisual equipment to ensure smooth operation and timely troubleshooting.

• The comprehensive installation includes, a 500-seater auditorium equipped with advanced audiovisual including Projection, Display, Switching System, Digital Sound Reinforcement System & Stage Lighting for events and presentations, smart classrooms equipped with Projection, Display, Switching System & Digital Sound Reinforcement System designed to accommodate 90 – 150 students.
• In addition to this, we have equipped conference room & board rooms with video conferencing systems, projection, display, switching system & digital sound reinforcement system for seamless collaboration.

The integration of Vallect’s advanced audiovisual systems at IIM Bodh Gaya has enabled the institute to enhance both educational and administrative environments.
