Transforming Conferencing at the Meghalaya Basin Development Authority
Erthpot Electronics Pvt. Ltd, in collaboration with Cineworth Sales & Service, successfully completed a significant project installation at I-PAC, Meghalaya Basin Development Authority, Government of Meghalaya, Shillong. Tasked with delivering a stable and high-quality conferencing solution for 30+ seating, the client required a system that included Chairman and Delegate units, Audio IO on USB for seamless software-based video conferencing, and the essential “Look-at-Me” feature.
To meet these needs, we installed Erthpot’s advanced NCS-C Chairman Mic and 20 units of NC-5D Delegate Mic, ensuring clear and reliable communication for every participant. The system’s core was the NCS-110CU controller, which provided robust control over the entire setup, while the Keyer 44 Digital Signal Processor (DSP) handled audio processing, delivering pristine sound quality. This combination of products was carefully selected to create a cohesive and efficient conferencing environment that meets the unique requirements of the Meghalaya Basin Development Authority.
One of the most remarkable aspects of this project was the installation speed. Despite the complexity of the system, the entire setup was completed in just four days, showcasing the efficiency and expertise. This rapid deployment, coupled with the high-performance equipment provided by Erthpot, resulted in a conferencing solution that exceeded the client’s expectations.
