The Residency Towers in Chennai has enhanced its meeting, training, and event infrastructure with a comprehensive audio-visual technology deployment by Vallect. Covering four banquet halls, meeting rooms, and training spaces, the project creates a flexible AV environment designed to support presentations, conferences, corporate meetings, training sessions, and a wide range of hospitality events.

A key element of the deployment is an AV-over-IP architecture that enables efficient switching and distribution of audiovisual signals across multiple spaces. The scalable infrastructure provides flexibility in managing different content sources and destinations while adapting to changing event requirements.

Professional projectors and projection screens deliver clear visual communication for presentations and events, while a centralized control system provides users and operators with a unified interface for managing essential AV functions. This simplifies operation and creates a consistent experience across different rooms and event configurations.

Wireless presentation technology further enhances convenience by allowing presenters to share content without conventional wired connections, enabling faster transitions and smoother collaboration. On the audio side, ceiling-mounted speakers provide distributed and consistent sound coverage while maintaining a clean room aesthetic.
