Sets up its fifth Experience Center at Chennai

A&T Video Networks announced today the appointment of Mr. Vishal Bharat Joshi as Director – Technology. Vishal, a seasoned AV professional and the recipient of the Young AV Professional of the Year India 2025 award, has over 20 years of experience across the professional audio-video and IT industries.

He has held sales and management positions at HARMAN International, MUSIC Group, and Aditya Infotech Ltd. Prior to joining A&T, he was Partner at Mahi Infomedia LLP, a technology solutions company specialising in professional audio, video and acoustics. His expertise spans AV-IT convergence, integrated technology solutions, and business development.

A strong advocate of industry collaboration and sustainable technology practices, Vishal is an active member of AVIXA and serves on the Global AVIXA Sustainability Council.

His appointment reinforces A&T’s commitment to advancing manufacturing, while strengthening its engagement with the wider AV industry.

Speaking to the media, Mr. Ashwin Desai, MD, A&T Video Networks, said that Vishal will work with our existing strong technology team for product portfolio expansion and strategic business initiatives. His experience and expertise in audio technologies will complement A&T’s leadership in the video technologies to provide specialised and complete AV offering to its customers.

Vishal said he was excited to be part of the 28-year-old, Madurai-headquartered organisation and looks forward to scale up the AV business working with partners across India, the Middle East and Africa. “My immediate focus will be on strengthening the existing audio portfolio, exploring technology-based innovations and new product lines, and ensuring that our solutions are well positioned to address the needs of consultants, PMCs, system integrators and end customers.”
