Ignite: An Evening Where Workplace Perspectives Came Together

AllWave AV Systems and MTM Solutions bring together technology, design, real estate and workplace strategy for an evening of ideas, experience and meaningful connections.

AllWave AV Systems and MTM Solutions came together to host Ignite, an exclusive evening centred around Innovation, Growth, Networking, Integration, Technology and Experience.

Held at Prestige Tower, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai, the invite-only gathering brought together professionals from across the workplace ecosystem, including architects and designers, project management consultants, international project consultants, real estate professionals, workplace strategists, technology leaders and AV specialists.

More than an industry event, Ignite was conceived as a space for different disciplines to come together and examine how their perspectives intersect in the creation of modern workplaces.

A First Collaboration Built Around Shared Perspectives

Ignite marked the first collaboration between AllWave AV Systems and MTM Solutions, bringing together two complementary perspectives on the workplace.

While technology increasingly plays a central role in how organisations communicate and collaborate, the workplace itself is shaped by much more than technology alone. Real estate decisions, spatial planning, acoustics, furniture, design, employee experience and technology all influence how a workplace ultimately performs.

That intersection formed the foundation of the evening.

Rather than focusing on a single solution or discipline, Ignite explored the broader question of how technology, design, workplace strategy and experience can work together to create environments that are flexible, functional and future-ready.

The objective was straightforward: Learn. Experience. Network.

Conversations That Looked Beyond Technology

The evening featured a diverse speaker lineup, bringing together voices from acoustics, audio, real estate and workplace strategy.

Eshan Dhoke, Acoustic Design Consultant at Sonosphere LLP, opened the conversation around acoustic design and the importance of creating spaces that sound better and perform better for their intended use.

The discussion continued with Claron Dsouza, Co-Founder of AuralEdge Technologies, and Prashant Govindan, Director at Generation AV, who explored the considerations involved in designing the right audio experience for modern workspaces.

From the technology and design conversation, the evening moved towards the broader workplace and real estate perspective.

Kiran Mahambre, Regional Head – Real Estate at HERE Technologies, shared insights into creating flexible, future-ready work environments, while Aashish Agrawal, Chief Business Officer at Reddy Realty, brought a corporate real estate perspective to the discussion around the future of workplaces.

Together, these perspectives reinforced an important point: the workplace cannot be viewed through a single lens.

Acoustics influence communication. Audio influences collaboration. Real estate decisions influence flexibility. Workplace strategy influences how spaces are planned and used. Technology connects many of these elements.

The value lies in understanding how they work together.

The sessions also encouraged questions and audience participation, allowing the conversations to move beyond presentations and into practical discussions around the challenges facing today’s workplaces.

From Conversation to Experience

A defining part of Ignite was the transition from discussion to demonstration.

Following the speaker sessions, attendees had the opportunity to explore the AllWave Workplace Technology Concept Centre, where many of the ideas discussed during the evening could be experienced in a real-world environment.

Through guided walkthroughs and live demonstrations, guests explored workplace environments incorporating AV, Unified Communications, acoustics, collaboration technology, control systems and other workplace technologies.

This provided an opportunity to experience technology in context rather than simply discussing it in theory.

The Concept Centre showcased 58+ workplace technologies, allowing attendees to see how different solutions and technologies can interact within a workplace environment.

For an audience involved in designing, planning, managing or specifying workplaces, this experiential element added another dimension to the evening: moving from hearing about possibilities to seeing and experiencing them firsthand.

Where Different Industries Met

The diversity of the guest list became one of the most valuable aspects of the evening.

Professionals who often contribute to the same workplace project from different stages or perspectives had the opportunity to meet in one setting.

Architects and designers could exchange perspectives with technology professionals. Real estate and workplace leaders could discuss operational considerations with AV specialists. Consultants and project stakeholders could share experiences around the challenges of delivering modern workplace environments.

The resulting conversations extended well beyond the formal sessions.

From workplace design and real estate to technology, AV and strategy, the evening created opportunities for attendees to discover common challenges and consider them from different perspectives.

In an industry where successful workplace projects increasingly depend on collaboration between multiple stakeholders, that cross-disciplinary dialogue is becoming increasingly important.

The Value of an Industry Gathering

Events such as Ignite are ultimately about more than presentations or product demonstrations.

They create opportunities for people to step outside their individual disciplines and understand the wider ecosystem in which they operate.

For AllWave AV Systems and MTM Solutions, the evening provided an opportunity to bring together professionals who influence the workplace in different ways — and to create a common platform for conversation.

The combination of expert-led discussions, an experiential technology walkthrough and informal networking allowed the event to maintain a balance between knowledge sharing and meaningful interaction.

It also reflected a broader shift within the workplace industry itself.

As organisations rethink how their offices are designed and used, the boundaries between technology, interiors, real estate and workplace strategy are becoming increasingly interconnected. The conversations around the workplace are no longer limited to what a space looks like or what technology it contains, but how all these elements work together to support the people using it.

A Strong Beginning

For AllWave AV Systems and MTM Solutions, Ignite was more than a successful first collaboration. It was the beginning.

A beginning of conversations that bring different parts of the workplace ecosystem closer together. A beginning of relationships built around shared ideas, experiences and possibilities. And, importantly, a beginning of what we hope will become a continuing platform for meaningful industry engagement.
